GRIF 2019 was a blast!

Grateful to Jennifer to have the opportunity to participate 3 days the amazing conference that was held in Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam.

Promoting FOOD4FASHION project a studycase students from TMO Fashion Business School writing their thesis at the moment. 

Everytime during my work as Freelance Cook in different restaurants and hotels, I get triggered by the amount of Food Waste (heartfelling) and the way how to turn food waste residuals into alternative material and products .... so the project FOOD4FASHION has been born ..

With FOOD4FASHION we want food innnovation and food waste solutions to be part of a circular chain in the textile industry

And yess. Fishskin that is thrown away (letterly in the bin) ... I take this home and turn this into fishleather.
